As a result, the Bonne Terre Mine has become one of the largest below ground lakes in the world. The mine can be toured on foot or by boat, and certified divers can explore the depths of the lake.

The City Museum

There is no other attraction in St. Louis quite like The City Museum. It is a place that is filled with magic, and tourists can explore the caves, slides, exhibits and more.

The exhibits are constructed from recycled materials, and these exhibits help to give the museum a one of a kind look. It is not a stand around and observes type of museum, so be sure to bring your walking shoes.

The Lemp brewery has been called one of the largest breweries in the St. Louis region. As expected, the Lemp mansion is everything that one would expect of a family that operates a successful brewery.

Unfortunately, the family has been plagued by suicide and other mysterious deaths. Urban legends have surrounded the mansion, and many people believe that it is haunted. It is also frequently listed as one of the most haunted sites in the country. Tourists can spend the night in one of the rooms or can grab a quick meal if you do not want to spend a lot of time in the mansion.

Baseball fans can enjoy an afternoon baseball game where they can cheer on the St. Louis Cardinals. Enjoy watching the 11 time World Series Champions in the new Busch Stadium.
